Overlaying Welding

Overlaying welding is extraordinarily efficient process of all-surface joining of bolts with head, screw bolts, rivets, anchors, and V-anchors with sheets, pipes, boiler walls, profiles, etc. This process allows the welding-on of the bolt entire cross section without rupture of base material within the heat-affected zone. This service saves significantly the customer's costs.

Procedure of Tip Ignition by Condenser Discharge

This procedure is used in a large variety of industries. It serves to overlaying welding of screw bolts, plain bolts, flat electric contacts, insulation plugs, etc. The overlaying welding can be done with carbon steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum. The melting zone is approximately of 0.1mm; this allows the overlaying welding on sheets from 0.6 to 0.8 mm thick. Neither coloring nor mechanical damaging of the sheet outer side takes place during the overlaying welding.

Overlaying Welding with Uplift Ignition

This is a very quick overlaying welding method for bolts with head, screw bolts, rivets, anchors, and V-anchors on sheets, pipes, etc.

Uplift Ignition Process with Use of Ceramic Rings

This is utilized at overlaying welding of anchors, screw bolts, boiler mandrels and another parts with an average thickness between 2 and 25 mm. At the same time, the process allows the overlaying welding of bolts and mandrels with especial shapes. The possible material combinations are: carbon steel, stainless steel and heat-resisting steel.

Uplift Ignition Process with Use of Current Gas Inert Atmosphere

This is utilized at overlaying welding of screw bolts and another parts with an average thickness between 2 and 12 mm. The possible material combinations are: carbon steel, stainless steel and heat-resisting steel.

Uplift Ignition Process with Short-Time Mode

This is utilized at overlaying welding of plain and screw bolts, insulation plugs with an average thickness between 2 and 8 mm. The possible material combinations are: carbon steel, stainless steel and heat-resisting steel. This process uses neither ceramic rings nor inert atmosphere. It is utilized for overlaying welding on thin sheets, between 0.6 and 0.8 mm.
